Photoshop

I’m still learning my way around Photoshop. Most of my photographs posted thus far may have minor tweaks. I use the straightening tool, crop, and may lighten up some shots. I took some portrait photographs for a friend a few weeks back and fiddled with shadows and highlights, brightness and contrast with some good results.

Below is a photograph I have had a play with this evening. It’s over the top but I’m having fun.

I like your fiery red sky πŸ™‚ But it was a good shot to start with – which makes all the difference πŸ™‚

  2. I don’t use Photoshop for photos, but for my artwork. It’s always fun to play around with the filters!

The best way to learn Photoshop is to play with it. Also, check out downloading free actions. Some of these can give cool results to your photos.

Nice edit, a touch less red would give it more of a natural feel. Try Lightroom β€œor the free equivalent Raw Therapy” for basic edits and cataloguing they are great.
