Watching the Watchers

High in the sky, hovering above, someone is watching…..

Drone 2

The pictures above were taken during Redcliffe Festival 2014 at the Redcliffe Jetty

How’s your weekend rocking along??

What do you know about the hammer and the nails
Know about the thistles and the thorns
What do you know about the road and the rails
Your heart so weary and your hands all worn
Your hands so weary and your heart all torn
And you don’t know
You don’t know you’re born Β  Β  Β (Ref)

Thanks for following my posts and giving me ‘likes’.
Nearly jumped out of my skin when I saw a drone outside my study window. A local photographer was demonstrating it to a group of watchers across the road from my house. I wasn’t amused. Scary! Fortunately was dressed, or I might have scared THEM.

I’m in two minds about drones these days. I can see their uses but….
Great captures by the way. πŸ™‚

    • Thanks Suz, I can’t see any way of identifying it. Does it belong to a news crew, government or some whacko?? Living in an apartment, I don’t normally worry about closing the curtains. I guess I should huh..?? πŸ™‚

Knopfler is one of my favorite from the Dire Strait days ~ saw my first drone just this week, shooting photos and perhaps spying over the crowds in HK πŸ™‚

    • I could sit and watch Knopfler play all day long. I went to a Dire Straits concert… I’m pretty sure I had a good time πŸ™‚ I’m seeing the odd drone here and there lately. There may be more around Brisbane with the G20 leaders’ summit coming here soon.
