The sausage sizzle is found at almost every market in Australia and a popular fund-raiser for many clubs, schools and corporate events.
The Aussie style “hot dog” consists of some type of sausage (usually donated by local butchers for fundraising events), fried onion and tomato sauce between two pieces of white bread.
Coffee – We Love Coffee and there are many coffee shops to sit in and watch the world go by.
The market stall holders start to pack down their stalls between 1:30pm and 2pm
When you are visiting the area pay attention to the parking signs. Sundays would be the local parking inspectors busiest day.
Looks like a fun way to spend an afternoon 🙂

I enjoyed this post a lot. The Australian flare is evident with the sausages, chemist and spirit. And I like the strong sunshine and even the ocean in the background. Thanks for this vicarious trip Down Under. 🙂
