I don’t know where I’m going, but this is where I’ve been;
I was here last winter, stopping for 2 nights. I wanted to stay longer but couldn’t. I said I’d be back, but didn’t expect it to be so soon. Unfortunately, this is another quick stop over, so again I said… “I’ll Be Back”
I’m half way between Melbourne and Brisbane and 400 kilometres from Sydney. Here you will find these animals.
You will also see these……
Can you guess where I am? (Answer)
Heading home. Over 5000 kilometres of road travelled this trip and I have a list of places I will re-visit.
As soon as I saw the photos I knew it was Dubbo. 😀

I love Dubbo 🙂 Bought myself some Two Sheep (The Westhaven Association) ugg boots this last trip.

Sounds delightful. We only passed through Dubbo on our way back from our latest trip a couple of weeks ago however stopped at the Salvos thrift shop and adjoining Sal’s cafe for half an hour or so. Picked up some really cool little second hand items.

Fabulous. I’ve been to Taronga in Sydney, but I haven’t seen this iteration in Dubbo. Definitely adding this to my list of what to see next time I come to Australia!

Well worth the visit and there is plenty to see in the area so plan to stay 2 or 3 days. CSIRO Parkes Observatory and the Wellington Caves is a “Must See” There is also a local guy in Dubbo ( near the zoo ) who has an observatory and holds star gazing and information nights
